EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
(OPM Operating Manual, Qualification Standards for Clerical and Administrative Support Positions, GS-0303). GS-5:
I have at least 1 year of specialized experience or the equivalent, comparable to at least the GS-4 grade level in the Federal Service (obtained in either the public or private sector). Specialized experience includes gathering information, scheduling and attending field visits and meetings; prepare a variety of correspondence and reports; maintain project files; create tracking system for project files; and assist with creation of program plans and maintains inventory for program; OR EDUCATION:
4 years of successful completion of a full course of study leading to a bachelor's degree. GS-6:
I have at least 1 year of the full-time specialized experience or the eqivalent comparable to at least the GS-5 in the Federal Service (obtained in either the public or private sector). Specialized experience includes ensuring documents and reports are prepared and correct; assist with writing project reports and program reviews; organize and retrieve data; input and maintain database system; perform analysis and generate a variety of reports; resolve technical problems and issues independently. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. Merit Promotion candidates must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the announcement closing date. Preference in filling vacancies is given to qualified Indian candidates in accordance with the Indian Preference Act of 1934 (title 25, USC Section 472). Additional selections may be made from this announcement if identical vacancies occur in the same location within 90 days from the closing date.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
